Oh guess what! Guess what!
I got myself The Tales of Beedle The Bard yesterday!
From PAGEONE.
(Oh, I love this colour coded thingies.)
Anyway, i've read the book and its really funny. Especially the notes by the late Albus Dumbledore.
Its quite disappointing that the book's too thin. D:

My sissy's watching the Family Stone on DVD, in my parents' bedroom, beside me, and its very irritating because I HATE the movie. Its so OBVIOUS -you know what I mean.
And anddd.. its also very distracting because despite hating it(the movie, I mean)I can't help but glance at the freaking TV and listen to snippets of it(the movie, I mean).

So I just came back from JVS (accompanied by sissy) to return my band U and boy do I miss it. Haha
I sound so pathetic don't I? Not.
Anyway, my point here is to state that the weather has been freaking eaking hot and as I was waiting for the bus home, my whole forehead was glistening in sticky, sweet-smelling (can't help it) sweat.
Not to mention the fact that part of my bright orange t-shirt was sticking to my back.
Imagine what commoners -people! I meant, people- would think about it.
The patch of wet on my back. Oh! The embarassment!

So to end off this sad sad post, I just found out that the O'level Results would be announced on the 19th.

Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them

Just came back from West Coast for a birthday party.
Apparently, its my little cousin's. Haha.
Sad to say, all i did there was eat and eat and eat. And play and run around with my family.
Now my legs abit sore. Not that its of any surprise. Ahahaha.
Oh, Farah's coming over Tuesday and we are gonna try getting a job at Borders.
It would be great if I get to be a Borders person 'cos i reallyreallyreally want the employee's discount.
To buy books of course! :D
Anyway, I asked my mum for some kaching! so that I can get the Tales of Beedle the Bard.
I'm soooooooo gonna buy it tomorrow.
With a Borders employee discount or without, I want the book asap. :D

Oh! You know what?
My parents are asking me -and the rest of the family- out again so that we can eat -EAT!- at Mr Teh Tarik.
Like im not getting fatter like that.
Okay.. Maybe i'm not getting fatter but i'm sure getting unhealthier. Haha
By the way, i'm gonna watch Bedtime Stories tomorrow.
It seems like fun and its also kinda like a sub-movie for Changeling. Haha
Can't wait for its release!
So, okayy.. i'm gonna go clog my arteries now.
See ya readers(or the lack of any) tomorrow. Toodleswoodlesnoodles.

So i've changed my blogskin.
And its VERY white, it seems.
With pigeons at the very top of the page. Haha, wth.
I make you-who-is-reading-this sound dumb.
Tsk.
Now I sound dumb. Hah!
I guess the mundane life of mine is taking a toll on me.
And its making me remember this point of time and day from a year ago when i would be taking out my new textbooks to look at their front covers.
I keep getting enthralled by them. The cover designs, I mean. Not the book itself or its contents. Psh!
I'm not THAT pathets, okay?
Well, actually I am. Haha. A little bit. A lot bit! .__.
Ah, wth. Here I go again trying to reduce the mundane-ity of my life. Or not.

So i beguiled my afternoon with a Meg Cabot book.
"How To Be Popular".
The title's rather depressing, don't you think?
I mean seriously, who wants to be popular popular and have your whole private life shoved underneath the public eye?
I know I don't but maybe others want them.
No.. I'm not referring to the (Hollywood)celebrities though. We need people like them to entertain us.
I'm referring to those jerkish wannabes roaming the streets of, particularly, Singapore.
Chey! Harsh siol me. Haha. I like! .__.

Oh! My sister's watching Avatar(on pirated DVD) now and I feel like running to Johore and get Book 4 of Avatar 'cos what i have now is Book 3.
Am I making any sense to you?
& gosh! I think online dictionaries are my new BFs(best friends? Hello?)!
I learnt slash am learning so much from them!
Isn't it amazinggg??
& gosh! I'm hungry!
& gosh! I'm irritated!
& gosh! I'm irritating!
& gosh. I have nothing to say.
Urgghh! Pathetic is so me. Not!

I had a freaky, weird dream last night.
I was a character in Avatar.
I think i was Toph -the blind earth bending girl, or something- and that i was the one who had to defeat the Firelord.
& yes.
I just realized that i sound like a childish cartoon nerd slash geek slash freak. Tsk
But anyway, the point of me telling you the dream is to notify the fact that, yes, i'm a cartoon lover.
Actually, i am an Avatar cartoon lover.
I'm a FAN!!! Haha .__.

URGH!
My once Perfecto English is now Imperfecto Ingrish!
I HATE having Imperfecto Ingrish.
I sound so.. what's that word.. Rag and bone-ish.
I mean, no offence to the rag and bone men out there but seriously speaking, having bad English is not exactly the kind of thing i want out of myself.
Not when i'm aiming for Double English in University.

yes i know, big aim, big dream. So what?
At least i know what i want out of myself. Do you?

Oh. Notice the outburst?
It was actually just a thing to make me seem slash sound cool-er.
Not that i'm uncool or anything.
I am actually very cool.
I have cool things and cool hair and cool eyes.
Nah.
I'm not cool.
Haha. Pathetic siol me.
Don't worry. It's just one of those days when i decide to do something pathetic and stupid and just decide to be like everybody else.
Those boring cool people.
Haha!
The irony. I love it!
So, forget about that whole perfecto imperfecto English thing.
I'm just kinda paranoid for my O'level results.
And, the holiday trip to KL and Cameron Highlands was.. Fun. And cold. Like, very cold -for me. Pathetic. I know.
Anyway, i had fun shopping.
Got myself a dress, a skirt, a water bottle -hah!-, a shoulder bag, a photo album -don't ask- and lots of kilos.
I felt cold because i was at the top of a 2000m tall mountain where most of the roads are covered in fog and littered with lots and lots of green.
It was refreshing though.
And the cold kinda help reduce the amount of body hair i have.
Don't laugh!
Its true. I think.
But i heard from somewhere that the cold weather prevents massive body hair growth. Orsomethinglikethat.
So yeah, basically, we took lots of photogs but since typically lazy me is typically lazy -wth am i saying?- to rummage through photog files in the computer, there are no photos updated in this post today.
Some photogs are in this blog. http://www.ilovemydatuk.blogspot.com/
Go click or visit!
Or not!
Up to you!

I want to go to the library!!!
I want to read!!!
...
I, am such a bookworm.
p.s. I need some help. Which website should i go to watch Avatar episodes? I seriously need this. Seriously.
Oh yeah! Forgot to mention that i've already watched Twilight in KL and it turned out to be a bit disappointing -for me. Call me names or whatever but the true reason i feel so would be due to the fact that i'm not much of an Indie film fan.
Hah. Pathets -short for pathetic. Its this weird-people languge thing- .
Though there's one thing i liked about that movie. 'James'.

Monday, December 15 22:14
I'm currently watching The Human Spirit on Okto.
Its the episode about the 'Tree Man' or something like that.
& no offence but it looks gross. I wonder how he ended up having those 'warts' growing on him.
Oh, and apparently, there are other men and women in his village who have this weird disfigurements on them.
Gosh. Kesian lah.

Anyway, today has been fun and full of energy.
Yay! Like, finally. A holiDay that is un-boring. Haha.
We(my cousin who slept over, Syaza and I) went over to FarahNad's.
I wanted to do some catching up and then play a bit of volleyball where we ended up having a touch rugby cum soccer cum netball game.
There was sweat, high-pitched screaming and beatings during most of the game.
Oh wait, i got spanked -hard- by Syaza too 'cos i said somebody's name out loud. Tsk.
But oh well, at least i managed to move my body and sweat of some of the kilos that i've gained over the past few -or more- weeks.

Oh oh! Interruption! Its Survivor finale now! Whoopee. Wonder who won. Should i check Google to see who won?
Should i should i should i???
Nah.
Maybe i shouldn't. It should be a surprise.
Right?
Ah, wth. I should just get on with my post.

So, back to Farah and volleyball and sweating.
We played and ran and kicked about the void deck/hall(?) for more than an hour and when we finally got back home(Farah's home, i mean) our feet were charcoal black -from running around the void deck/hall(?) barefooted- and sticky -from stepping on the dried up coffee drink littered on parts of the floor-. Haha, wth.
& then, we ate the mi goreng that Farah's dad cooked. Yum!
Oh! Interruption about Survivor!
Go Sugar and Matty go!!!!
& after eating, we headed home.
Grateful that we got a lift/ride home by Farah's parents. :]

Yesterday, my parents brought the whole family to Negeri Sembilan to buy plants.
& Syaza decided to name each of them(there were 3 plants) Paul, Anne and Frank.
After the plant-hunting, we headed to Putrajaya, KL, to check out Alamanda.
Its this shopping centre with a Vivo City concept but, too bad. Its not as lively as our Vivo City.
In fact, its quite dull and boring and it is literally littered with Malaysian women in Baju Kurung.
& apparently, its Nike store was lacking in stocks. Haha
Kesian Syaza.
So yeah, we all decided to spend some cash on Famous Amos cookies and Pizza Hut pizzas.
I ate and ate and ate until i couldn't eat no more.
And when i woke up today, (it was only a 1day trip) I felt like i've gained a few kilos.
Not good.

Oh great! My brother's bugging me because he wants to use the computer for some stupid soldier game and I can't watch The Eraser In My Head.

& next week, FMC will be having their outing/gathering and i can't come because i'm on holiday.Tsk.
But it's okay, at least i get to shop my feelings and disappointment out. :]

& oh! I'm sleeping over my cousin's today/now! I think.
I am!
Goodgood. Lotsa catching up to do.
Last sleepover we had was 3000 years ago.
I hope i havent aged too much until i can't enjoy the sleepover fun. HAHA! ._.

Today, I wasted about 4hours on food and tv before deciding on re-reading the first Harry Potter book.
And miraculously, it took me about 2hours to finish the whole book.
winkswinkswinks!
And then, as i finished the last page, my sister came home looking sweaty and smelling putrid.
Of course i didn't ask her why she stank.
I don't need to.
Its just one of the things I can understand without asking.
(My sis has B.O! Don't tell her i told you, okay?)

Oh! As I was watching Cashmere Mafia, something amazing happened.
Mira happened!
Mira is/was my best friend in primary school and she's so full of energy.
She still is, apparently.
& she has this weird obsession over -of all things- World Domination.
I told her dominating the world is no use because, well, the world's dying.
Whaaaaaat? Its true. The world IS dying.
& then yadayadayada. We chatted and chatted and chatted like an old married couple.
Okay. Not exactly. We just chatted like two friends who haven't met each other for a longlonglong time. :]
That's a plus from my normally boring life.

Oh great! Its eleven pm now and i'm still not done with this post.

Okay! I'm done. Thank gooooooooooodnesssssssss.
Its time to turn in.
Rest my eyes.
And wake up to another day with Harry Potter book 2! Actually book 3 'cos i don't know what has become to book 2.
Ah shucks. Im talking crap again.

Tuesday, December 9 20:56
I know my life is both suck-ish and boring when all i do is;
sleep eat eat tv eat tv read eat eat tv read read read tv tv eat sleep
EVERYDAY.
I also know that my life is both suck-ish and boring because
1) i've been watching the Suzuki cup football thing
and
2) i find that this new blogskin of mine is pretty. Hah! Pretty! I must be INSANE.
& with the last O'level paper ending about 25000 days ago, i'm quite surprised that i haven't
become a big blob of fat that has her back stuck onto her bed's mattress.
wait. do you understand what i'm trying to say?
ah nevermind.

Okay. Before i begin the day's blog post, i would like to comment on the adv for next week's oktoLIVE.
i must say that singapore teens have no -nada, zero, zilch- style and that, yes, we are
'copycatters'(me included. at times).
I just read some blogs and i realized that the holidays are sooo not about spending time with myfriends.
In fact, the holidays are bringing(all of)us apart.
I haven't heard from anyone except for the Farahs and... yups. The Farahs.
I wonder what has become of LY and her little brother;
Fah and her 'sister affairs';
Syai and his 'family affairs';
Syafiqah;
Kamarul;
Azri.
Basically, the 'FMCs'.
(yes. they are THAT important to me which is why they are bolded in red)
Gahh.. this friend thing is tearing me up. Not.
But really, i miss them all and i don't want The Day We Get Our Results to be The Day We Finally Meet Again.

So anyway, here's a happy moment for me.
I'll be leaving for cheap and chic shopping -KL aka Kuala Lumpur aka Malaysia aka the only
country my parents allow to go for holidays(like psh)- in 123 8 days!
You see, KL has been the sole holiday destination every year since I was, i don't know, 9?
& the main reason we go there is to shopshopshop. :D
oh, my parents have assured me that our hotel is not located on top of a hill.
So worries of going through a landslide or natural disaster is not happening. Hopefully.
Either way miss me but not too much. :]

& yesyesyes! Your favourite girl is back from ‘The Wild’! :D
(i actually reached home monday night. so yeah)
Turns out, the hiking trip to Gunung Ledang was not that bad.
It was actually fun!
I got to dunk myself in lots and lots of cold, cool, mineral water and I came out of the mountain fresh, tanned and smooth.
(The smooth part was meant for my skin)
& my period, well, let’s just say it got washed away by the water.
Gross. I know.
But hey, nobody noticed any red in the water and apparently, my pad didn’t end up floating across who knows what. So yeah.
The only thing that bugged me was the toilet of the ‘resort’.
I can’t exactly say it’s a resort because it looked kind of rundown and low-star rated but I shouldn’t have expected much out of it.
I mean, it’s supposed to be a rugged-living place. So I guess ‘five starred’ hotels are not a common sight.
Anyway, after a night’s stay at that place, the cousins and my family headed to Malacca.
Apparently, my ‘hippie’, plant-loving parents wanted to visit a fruit farm.
UNfortunately, the fruit farm exploration/trip/visit was a bust and bore.
Practically ¾ of the area was drying and dead. Including the animals. ._.’
I mean seriously, the only fruit trees/plantations growing ripe and well were the Cikus and Dragon fruits.
So in great anger towards the situation of the fruit farm, my mum decided to vent them out by plucking lots and lots of Cikus even though it’s kind of obvious that no fruit-plucking is allowed.
Oh well. That’s exactly why I love and am proud of my mum. :D
After about 1 ½ hours at that dying place, both families decided to go to Tesco where we devoured on a couple of ice-kachangs, one cendol, a slice of cheesecake, a plate of chicken chop, fried chicken, a bag of buah berangan(roasted chestnuts , I think), three iced lattes and about a couple more of ‘good’ and ‘proper’ food.
Wow! That’s a lot of food! ._.

Oh waitwait!
Take a look at this photo/picture.

(sorry but photo not uploaded into the computer yet :D)

Notice that brown chunk in its mouth?
Well, it’s actually a piece of bark from a coconut tree.
Guess how long it had to chew on that bark before swallowing?
I’d say it took about 15minutes. Hah!
& to think I was the weird animal among my other animal friends.
Psst! Photo was taken from the dead Malaccan fruit farm.

The mini-holiday ended with a couple of pit-stops and I must say that one pit-stop left a mark in my memory.
(I sound a wee bit too dramatic don’t you think? Haha)
Anyway, that particular pit-stop is called Pagoh (or something like that) and while I was sitting down on the chair provided in the cafeteria, staring at people who were enjoying their meal, I decided to look at those magic boxes that magically traps insects with its magical neon blue lights and I realized that about twenty(thousand) house lizards were swarming around that maaagical insect-trapping box.
& to make things worse, there were even more lizards on the ceiling.
What’s funny was the fact that nobody else seemed to be fazed or troubled by the unusual army made of lizards except for my cousins, their mum, mine and me.
& of course, while I decided to eat my brothers’ leftover pizza bread, something happened.
Two lizards were fighting among each other (I think one got bitten by the other) on the ceiling above me.
The one that was getting bitten was clinging onto the ceiling with only its two front paws(?)/legs (?) and I seriously thought it was gonna fall on me but LUCKY FOR ME, it didn’t.
All in all, I came home safe and sound with just minutes before Amazing Race begins.
& I must say that I got frustrated with Dallas (from in the show) so much that it’s a good enough content for my next post.
Or not.
You see, my sister and I had this 'Sisters Day Out' thingy yesterday and we decided to watch Four Christmases at Jurong Point.
The movie was nice but we(my sister and I)noticed that the majority of people there were couples.
It was kind of awkward and funny at first so we decided to joke about the situation.
When the whole thing ended, we decided to watch Changeling when it opens in the cinemas.
Can't wait! I think. I know my sister wants to have another Sister's Day Out because she loves hanging out with me. Eheheh

Warning: This book is about a girl who likes a gay. So if you’re not up for it... well, just don’t bother reading. Unless of course you are up for it, then I’d say, go for it. :]
