You know, I'm more devastated about Yasmin Ahmad's death than I am about Michael Jackson's.
(which is why you don't see me post/write stuff about the late King of Pop)
Being in the Creative Writing course and having learn about the beauty of her work and how she overcomes this barrier we humans have towards races different from ours..
I mean, idk.
Truthfully speaking, I was actually looking forward to working with her in the future -if I were given the chance to.
Sigh..
Now I wonder who can be the next Yasmin Ahmad who is able to change my perception on things and make me crave and wish that everyone's just and fair and more open to everybody's differences.
But oh well.
Guess I have to accept the fact that she's gone from this world.
Anyway, yes.
I'm perfectly aware that I haven't been updating much.
Been busy busy busy like a bee!
And when one's very busy, one can get super tired -which leads to my turning in for bed real early.

He said I'll get addicted to the tv and watch it 24/7.

Or to be more precise, Korea's 2PM.

This morning, I promised (yes, promised) myself to rant (yes, rant) about Singaporeans who are oh-so-too-very-eager to board public transportations.
i.e. superuper kiasu peeps.So, here I am.
About to finally let out the annoyance that has been stored in myself for a veryvery long time.I mean, really.
What's up with pushing and banging and shoving onto people like some excited wacko?
And oh gosh!The queue cutting!
They're acting as though the first to enter the train wins the metal pole or something.Gosh.
And poor little me in her signature black scarf and cute, twinkly eyes (heh) gets shoved and pushed and prodded.Tsktsk! What a bunch of apeholes they are, no? HAHA
But, seriouslyseriously.
This morning, as I was on my way to school for that 8am class -yes. i know. 8am. soooo freakingeaking early, right?- the inevitable happened.
Yup. You guessed it.I got mobbed and bullied by them.
You know.. Them.Yeah.
So i've already positioned myself on the left arrow markings at Lakeside's train platform -patiently waiting for that train which was coming in 2 minutes.1 minute left and all of a sudden, some sneaky chick -okay, no. she ain't no chick. heh- just slid herself in front of me.
How she managed to do that, Idon'tknow.Cos let me tell you. There wasn't much space between myself and the man in front of me.

Anyway, okay.
I forgave her for that queue cutting cos of her sneaky, agile self but oh gosh oh gosh!When the train finally came, she just had to elbow me (and the other poor souls) didn't she?
Although, really.I didn't mean to be mean but I felt happy when she was later cramped in between two people with big backpacks.

Guess what happened today?
Fart happened.

I lost count of the number of times I kept cramping my butt and 'pinching' the butt hole just to prevent the collected, unwanted gas aka fart from escaping. HAHA
(no i didn't let out any farts at all. seriously!)

Eeeewww!
What exactly is the point/reason of telling you this, right?
Truthfully speaking, none.
It was just for laughs. And fun. And to also make the beginning of my post sound/seem much more interesting. :P

But I guess I have to accept the fact that this is all happening for a reason.

Went mini-shopping at vivo last Friday with FarahNad (!!!). :D
Bought myself a Ripcurl mens backpack!
(the bag designs for us girls were hideous! -at least to me. HEH)
It's so pretty despite it being a guys' bag and it's in blue and yellow!

Some of the many colours I love!
Anyway, its blue and yellow design reminded me of graphic novels and comics or WATCHMEN in some way.
Ohya!
Farah was being such a menyams cos she owned 2 $25 vouchers from F21 and decided to keep reminding of that fact -like whatevs la eh. :P
Psst.. she kept fanning them vouchers in my face. Psh! HAHA
(ok lah. was just kidding. she did no 'fan voucher to face' but she did keep reminding me of its existence. HAHA)
But oh wells.

She ended up not getting anything for herself except maybe for a.. no.. her Canon 500D lenses pamphlet. HAHA
I wanna watch this!
MUST catch this in the cinemas.

The trailer made the movie capable of being awesomus maximus.
Plus the main characters -Charlene & Michael- are real life couples.

I've officially changed my handwriting.
It used to be thin and small and tall and exaggerated with curves -almost like a doctors'- but now..
Well now..
It's simple and cute and quite rounded.
Nice!
But it's still quite small.
Yeah I know.
What's the point of me telling, again? HAHA
But, oh wells!
I just loooove this new penmanship of mine. :D
So obviously, I'm back to the digital world cos i'm just itching to post something.
Quite apparently, I haven't been updating much, have I?
And I kinda lied to Natty yesterday cos I told her i've updated when really, I haven't. HEH
Sorry, Natty!
But, nvm. You still love me no matter what, right? Or so you say.. HAHA
So let's just say the first day of school turned out well.
Even though today's a Wednesday and that two days ago -which was a Monday, the official first day of school mind you-, I was about 5minutes late for a 12nn lecture, mygosh!
A 12 noon lecture!
And i'm still late! Dang it.
{T-minus 10 minutes later}
Oh! I have a guest in the house!
Well, technically, he's my parents' guest so.. whatevs. :P
But, yeah.
I was making my own homemade bubble tea (won't tell you how!) when the doorbell rang and tada!
The guest was right in front my kitchen door.
My house has two front doors believe it or not.
One connects to the kitchen and the other through my balcony. Cool, no?
And i'm like dressed so unglam-ly in a faded red giordano tee and now-faded batik pants.
But I guess he especially, won't care cos truthfully, the guy's one of those insurance people. AHAHA!
Gotcha, didn't I?

More tomorrow (maybe) cos it's superuper tiring to upload pics like, seriously!
Anyway, forgive my bad photography -if ever there's any. HEH- and the quite bad picture quality.
You know la, the lower the resolution, the uglier.

Stop spending money on nuclear powers and bombs or anything of the like.
Save the starving children and the poor people of the world by spending money on them!
