Due to my waking up at 8am in the morning yesterday to prepare for my uncle's mini-wedding celebration (which happened -yesterday- at my place), I ended up sleeping at about 2am last night(?)/morning(?) and waking up about 12 hours later.
At 2.30pm -today. HAHA
And my eyes still feel like they're lugging 24kg gold bars (don't ask about the relevance of gold in my current situation) on my eyelashes everytime I try to see/stare/blink.
Or basically do anything with my eyes.
Sigh.. Don't you just pity me?
Not.
I know.
Anyway, let's see.
How many days have I not been posting/blogging?
One, two or three? Or four? Or five? Or six?
Ahh.. Nevermind.
Let's just talk about Friday.
The day before my uncle's wedding.
At about 11.30am, I headed to JP to meet up with Farah -Nad- (while most of my aunts and my grandma prepared for the wedding. HEH)
Apparently, we were going on a laptop sleeve hunting trip.
For about one and a half hour, we roamed the howmanysquarefeet shopping mall in the hopes to find any shop with the potential of selling a nice and funky-looking laptop sleeve.
Evidently, JP was lacking this kind of stores because we kept re-entering and re-visiting the same stores over and over and -yup- over.
It's not like there weren't any (laptop sleeves/bags) that caught our (pretty) eyes.
I guess we were kindof hoping that something nice and funky-looking would magically appear if we kept appearing in the same outlets/stores/shops.
At last though..
After going back to my place to grab extra cash and then going back to JP, we ended up getting something almost close to perfect.
Chey! Ckp mcm paham seh. HAHA
I got myself a grey Hellolulu L-sleeve from The Wallet Shop whilst Fnad splurged a day of her work salary on a purple shoulder cum laptop bag which looked trés chíc (both on her and by itself. if you get what i mean). :D
Andand!
I treated myself to a quirky-looking JanSport backpack with my hard-earned money!
Sighsighsigh..
It felt reallyreally good to spend that much.
And, yes.
I am fully aware that having feelings as such would adn could and might lead me to a serious problem.
One that involves lots of debts and may even lead to bankruptcy.
And a critical illness/disease that is potrayed in that one movie Mr. JerryBruckheimer is producing.
Chey! Ckp mcm paham. Again.
However, the good and happy feeling was short-lived because I had tutoring after that.
Good thing my 'students' were cooperative enough then.
HEH
Ohyeah.
& yesterday was Earth Day/Earth Hour.
I feel kindof -another word with the same meaning as sad- ('cos the word 'sad' has been sooo overused. see?) because I couldn't perform the one-hour all lights switch off.
The mini-wedding celebration. Remember?
But it's okay.
Managed to put half the house in darkness.
And atleast its better than switching off all the lights and using candles, right?
I mean, gee.
Candles SO defeat the purpose of Earth Hour.
They produce CO(subset 2) -carbon dioxide- for goodness sake!
Or was it CO -carbon monoxide-?
Ah, well.
Eitherway, they still defeat the purpose of mankind trying to safe the Earth.

CORRECTION!
Anuub is spelt as Anoop.
Gosh.
I feel so embarassed.
So much for being a fan of his.
HAHA
Anyway, yes.
Sad.
Alexis is OUT.
Have I told you that?
I think I have.
Oh well.
Alexis is OUT.
And it sucks.
Okay. Nevermind.
Let's get back to business.

I'm currently at Zaza's place.
Awaiting the arrival of my dad from Idon'tKnowWhere.
It's already 11pm, mind you.
Oh! CORRECTION! It's already 11.25pm.
And we are recording our donkey-like self (I refer to us as donkeys 'cos we've been braying like them animals) singing to Gabriella Cilmis' Save The Lies and James Morrissons' Broken Strings.
Wish I could post it (the video) up but it's WAY TOO obscene and weird and vulgar that I'd rather not -post it up-.
OhMyGhost!
Wiki E's trackpad is dirty!
And there are dried-up wet spots on my keyboard.
Frickfrickityfrick!
Need to clean him up ASAP. :D

Okay dah.
My bum's sore.
I think i've been sitting down on Zaza's UNCOMFORTABLE bed too much.
Kesian. She (Miss Zaza~) feels insulted.
But who cares. It's a fact.
Her mattress feels as comfortable as a clapboard. :D

No books up today, honey(s).
Its a kill-your-braincells-day.

I finally have my own MacBook!
(this was supposed to be said days and days ago)

Although its kind of saddening since I can't surf the net as frequently as I thought I could.
Ah, well.
That's what you get if you live with my parents.
They think excessive net-surfing or using the computer is gonna get you braindead or as they usually say, unhealthy. Sigh~
ANYW, the name of my lapT/MacBook is Wiki Elvis.
Not sure how or why it came up to that though but rest assured, it's not a way to mock Mr Rock 'n' Roll Elvis.
IN FACT, it's in honour of his uniquely, (i guess. i mean, you don't happen to hear many with Elvis as his name, right?) wonderful name.
So yes.
Enough of my titanium-coloured, Apple-branded, flat Wiki Elvis or Wiki Elv for short.
Let's talk about.. AMERICAN IDOL!
Or more specifically, Anuub!
And how he performed well on yesterdayyesterdays' performance!
OMGhost.. I felt like I was floating in the sky together with the fluffy, white, cotton-candylike clouds.
Thank You America.
Thank You Americans -for voting him in.
Sigh~
HAHA. Okay mepek.
But here's the frickingly irritatingly absurdly unforgiveable part.
ALEXIS IS OUT!
As in OUT not IN. And that's darn unforgiveable. UN-FOR-GIV-ABLE I tell you.
Urgh urgh urgh!
But oh well.
Guess I ought to be content with Anuub's IN.
If you get all my babblingbabblity-like nonsense. :D
Anyway, I woke up at exactly 7:53am (my phone's clock time) due to a veryvery scary and freaky nightmare consisting of a gatal and tiko(?)/tico(?)/teekoh(?) taxi driver who was chasing after me as I tried to escape from his hideously, sinister-looking cab 'cos he wanted to rape me.
EEPS!
I remember shouting "AYAH!" as I jerked myself up from sleep.
There's more to the freaky nightmare but I'd rather not say.
Some of my friends were in it.
Gosh.
Wonder what triggered that traumatic bit of imagination.
Syai, maybe?
'Cos I was on the phone with him before I went to sleep.
HAHA.
Nah. Kesian Syai. :D

Ah, well.
Toodles my techno noodles.

Saturday; went to LY's Birthday BBQ at East Coast.
Had loads of fun with good things to eat. HEH
We played Captain Ball before dusk came about.
It was CRAZE-AYE!
And finally when night falls, we played UNO.
Yeah.
It sounds boring when i'm telling you about the events that happened in 'type-and-virtual-mode' but trust me!
It was uberduber fun on that day.
And oh oh!
LY received a cute butterfly watch! HEH
Although, yeah.
Wish I could have stayed longer.
But unfortunately, no. Life doesn't revolve around wishes. :D

AND THEN!
Sunday morning came and the family and I headed off to Johor to so-call 'shop' for my poly stuff/things.
Although, yeah.
As always, when it comes to shopping on a random no-school yet no holiday day, (okay. whattheheck am I saying?) I should have braced myself for the fact that not much shopping would be done.
Okay. To put things straight and simple, I should have known that I wouldn't be coming back home with heaps of shopping bags full of clothes or whatsoever.
But oh oh ohhhh!
I managed to get myself a cool new BODYGLOVE wallet (it has cute little multi-coloured triangles! HEH), a Domokun-friend keychain plushie (it's Domo's cat friend) and Lee jeans. (its darkwashed?)

So yesterday.. I stayed home all day.
Intended to make my debit card but tak jadi. HAHA
Today.. I'm gonna have to fetch my little cousin from school in about 2hours from now.
And OMG! Tomorrow's the day of my enrolment. :D

WOOTSWOOTS!
psst.. impromptu post but
OMG! SCOTT MADE IT! YES!
okay. bye, bye and bye.

20:11
Browsing through April's issue of TeenVOGUE today, I discovered manymany bands whose songs I instantly loved despite some of them having genres like electropop and rockesque-like appeals.
They are..
-Lissy Trullie (!)
-Gabriella Cilmi (she's kinda 50/50 'cos her songs are the slow and steady kind. not really my cup of icelemontea)
-Florence and The Machine (!!!)
-The Virgins
-Thunderheist (!!)
-Bishop Allen
HAHA. Yes. Domineering, much? (referring to my showcase/highlighting of bands -music prodigies; as I would love to label people who make good songs- I discovered and love)
Anywhoo!
Have I raved about the prospect that I might be needing a Macbook for poly?
No? Yes?
Well, whatever.
I do -need a Macbook for poly- although I have zilch idea why since my course is most definitely NOT a design course.
Although, yeah.
I shouldn't always link Macbooks/Apple laptops to design courses like how society (of Singapore) does. I think.
Oh frickfrickityfrick. I'm starting to babble away.
This is not exactly appealing because babbling kind of wears people (and me) down.
HAHA.
Okay. Mepek.
Oh lookylooky.
I have nada idea on what to write about now.
Life's kinda boring today so I doubt there's any use in doing the whole 'elaborate-on-life' post.
Oh wait.
Should I write about my little trip to Plaza Singapura with my (little/younger) sister?
...
I just did, didn't I?
HAHA.
Okay. Mepek.
Oh waitwait!
Should I write about the person I bumped into whilst on the way back home too?
Yes? No? Well, whatever.
I bumped into Nadiah who, apparently, was on the way to an interview with NAFA.
Or was she on the way back home from an interview with NAFA?
Hmm..

Oh lookylooky!
Its the American Idol results show! (which means its 10pm now which means.. which means nothing)
I hope Scott (the blind guy) makes it through.
He has pure, raw, natural talento! :D

S'been pretty long since I last updated this warped piece of miroboticised page.
(HAHA)
Kinda miss the 'tuk tuk tuktuktuk' sound whenever I type something on the keyboard.

Anyway, yeah.
Let's begin with today.
I had to wake up early 'cos I was called up for another round of medical check-up yesterday back since I was told that I had, what you call it, 'chest abnormality'. (NOT abnormal chest hair as how Syai misinterpreted -everything in life, as always-)
Screw 'chest abnormality'.
I'm as fit as a fiddle!
CHEY!
HAHA.
But, yeah.
I am. I think. No. I AM. :D

Oh wait.
Interruption.
A group of walking (currently might be sitting since they're 'lepaking' at the playground) peabrains aka mats and minahs (whom I, evidently, kinda dislike) are making SUCH a ruckus that their annoying shouts and squeals and squeaks and laughter travels up up up to the 19th floor where apparently, I, am living/staying/lodging.
Aw, shucks.
They suck.
CHEY!
Although, yeah.
They do.. to a certain extent.

Anyway!
Back to the part of the post where I rattle on about what has happened or just happened in my life or in this case, where I had to go for my medical check-up. Again.
Lemme tell you, I was freaked to the bones about the outcome although, not much so after realizing that I worried for nothing.

Howeverrrr

the anxietyrush came back when I was told to do/take a blood test.
Which turned out to be a silly thing to do 'cos the needle didn't hurt.
I mean, really!
I'm not trying to act macho mucho or anything but seriously speaking, it felt like a fingernail pinching my skin.
That's all. HEH
Although, yeah.
Now i'm feeling a tinynanosized bit of pain on my left arm but other than that, I am A-okay. :D

Ohyeahhh..
I have been in quite a foul mood this few days but me is not sure why.
(eeks. step cute. HAHA)
Butbut! Me thinks its because me lack of sleep.
Although me thinks too that its due to latenight movie-watching everyday.
Although me thinks too that there is no harm in movie-watching late night.
Although me thinks OMGOSHY! American Idol, yaw!
(yes i know. despite swearing off watching reality tv, i can't resist Simon Fuller's American Idolllll~)

Be back when black is black!
